Every project starts with a conversation about priorities rather than a plan. What matters most to you, how you want the home to feel, what isn't working today, and what would make the biggest difference to everyday life.

Design that stays tied to the budget
The lesson that shaped this company came from letting a design get ahead of a budget. Brendan was proud of the drawings; the client took them to a builder who could deliver a simpler version for less. Since then, design decisions get tested against the budget while they are still being made.

Detail carries architectural drafting in-house, so a project can go from an idea to a documented set without leaving the building. Where an architect is already engaged, we build to their drawings and hold the design intent intact.

I've always been able to see spaces differently.
Even as a kid, I'd walk into a room and immediately start seeing it differently. I could picture the space from every angle and imagine how it could work better. Long before I knew what architecture was, I was redesigning rooms in my head.
The part of this work I love most isn't construction. It's the moment a client looks at a design and says, “we never would have thought of that.”
