    Design that stays tied to the budget

    The lesson that shaped this company came from letting a design get ahead of a budget. Brendan was proud of the drawings; the client took them to a builder who could deliver a simpler version for less. Since then, design decisions get tested against the budget while they are still being made.

    Drawings, in-house or yours

    Detail carries architectural drafting in-house, so a project can go from an idea to a documented set without leaving the building. Where an architect is already engaged, we build to their drawings and hold the design intent intact.

    One superintendent on your site

    Construction is run by a project superintendent who is accountable for the site, not a rotating crew. That is where scope gaps get identified before they become change orders, and where a drawing set becomes a building.
